Day 1; Airport pick up
We will receive you at the international airport at the capital city,
Kathmandu. You will be transferred to the hotel. On your leisure time we
will show you around for sightseeing some historical sites and you may
check around for shopping if you wish to. We will have already issued your
permits to the Annapurna Conservation Area.
Day 2; Bus ride to Pokhara
Early morning we will catch a tourist bus and take 6 hours ride to Pokhara.
You will have the opportunity to experience the highway ride passing
through various settlements reflecting the true Nepali life style. After long
hours of travel we will take rest at the hotel without any outdoor activities for
this day.
Day 3; Mountain flight to Jomsom followed by bike ride to Muktinath and back to
Kagbeni.
We will wake up early morning before little sparrows start chirping their
morning songs. The morning first Mountain flight to Jomsom will be of 15
minutes time. Our refreshing breakfast in Jomsom will surely boost our spirit
to pedal uphill towards Muktinath. We begin our journey today on the jeep
track route comprising mostly of uphill. The Himalayan cultural heritage
rides through ‘Ekalbhatti’, ‘Kagbeni’, ‘Jharkot’, ‘Ranipawa’, and finally to
‘Muktinath’ will surely be an educational and entertaining moment. A Hindu
temple at Muktinath is the most popular attraction here. We will ride
downhill back to Kagbeni.
Day 4; Kagbeni to Kalopani
Ride back the same trail till Jomsom to summon more pleasure on the
same route. Biking towards Kalopani alongside the Kali Gandaki River will
surely be thrilling. We notice gradually more pine forest observing us
through our journey. After noon certain part of Jomsom gets windy,
occasionally very windy. Kalopani is a small serene village wherein we will
be resting in a very comfortable hotel.
Day 5; Kalopani to Tatopani via TT Lake
Early morning at dawn we will ride up hill to TT Lake. Your effort to reach
this lake will be rewarded with magnificent outlook of Himalayan ranges.
We will have a hot tea/ coffee and relax for a while. Ride back to the hotel,
the cook will be waiting for our return to serve us a delicious breakfast. In
an hour ride we will have passed 'Ghasa' wherein we have to show our
entry permits in the conservation branch office. Our next stopover will be at
the 'Rukche Chahara', a beautiful waterfall a perfect spot for a short break.
After 2 more hours of ride passing through 'Dana', we will reach to our
much awaited destination, 'Tatopani'.
Day 6; Tatopani to Pokhara via Maldhunnga, ride a van thereafter
Continue ride on the off road, pass a small village 'Tiplang' and in about
half an hour ride reach 'Galeshwor' to enjoy refreshing lunch. Continue up
and down track to reach the major town of the area, 'Beni'. We will cross the
river suspension bridge and continue our ride on off road. We will arrive at
Maldhunga and catch a van for 3 hours ride to Pokhara.
Day 7; Pokhara to Chitwan bus ride: Approximately 6 hours bus ride from Pokhara
to Chitwan. Buses stop at Chitrasali, about 5
kilometers from Sauraha. You can ride on a jeep or a local bus from
Chitrasali to Sauraha.
Day 8; Rest day: Relax, explore around.
A day to explore the royal chitwan national park. We will be engaged with
various activities like, boat ride, jungle walk, elephant safari in which we
will get to see rare animals like Asian one horned rhino, gharial and
mugger crocodiles, leopard, and the rare Royal Bengal tiger. More than
450 species of birds are observed here.
Day 9; Chitwan to Kathmandu bus ride
Approximately 6 hours bus ride will transfer you to Kathmandu. We will
prepare for our next venture to explore the Kathmandu valley hills.
Day 10; Kathmandu to Shivapuri via Kakani
Riding on a steep up climb paved road of 22 km entering in the forest will
arrive at a beautiful village 'Kakani'. We will then extend our ride further into
the core of Shivapuri National park at Shivapuri.
Day 11; Shivapuri to Karma Hotel via Bhudanilkantha
We schedule to visit the Sleeping Vishnu temple, a popular Hindu temple
where the statue of lord Vishnu is believed to have discovered on the field
by a farmer while plowing his field. We now ascend 70% uphill ride to
Karma Hotel.
Day 12; Karma Hotel to Chisopani:
A ride with a mixture of 50% down hill and 50% uphill
ride will lead us to Chisopani. We will find very basic Lodges at this
location but the scenic view and the surrounding are praiseworthy.
Day 13; Ride to Nagarkot
25 km uphill ride to Nagarkot, a hill station popular for sun rise, sun set
view and 360 degree view of the Himalayan ranges form the top tower.
Day 14; Rest day at Nagarkot
A rest day, we will hike around to enjoy the panoramic Mountain View from
the hill top tower and then experience the local market shops, people and
culture settled at his beautiful hill station.
Day 15; Ride to Dhulikhel via Banepa and take a bus ride to Last Resort
A downhill ride to Dhulikhel seeing around the cultural and historical
backdrop through various rural communities including a tiny village
named Nala and a major city Banepa. Dhulikhel is a small town located on
a hill top displays amazing view of Himalayan peaks. We destine to reach
at the last resort, a popular destination for an exciting adventure and
complete relaxation, located on top of a green river gorge close to the
Tibetan border. `
Day 16; Rafting on a Bhote Koshi River then bus ride back to Dhulikhel
Classified as 4+ Grade River, rafting on this river requires a serious
attention on your strength and movement. Experience the popular rapids of
the Bhote Koshi River. Take a bus ride back to the beautifully located
village, Dhulikhel wherein we will get to enjoy the cultural heritage and
naturally beautiful topography.
Day 17; Ride to Panauti via Namobuddha
12 kms ride to reach Namo Buddha, a major Buddhist holy site. After
following off-road ride, we will reach at Panauti, at the connection of
Punyamati and Roshi Khola Rivers.
Day 18; Ride to Lakhuri Bhanjyang and then descend back to Kathmandu
4 kms of uphill slow ride will lead us to the tented camp resort in a calm
location on the ridge of a hill. We will relax at the camp with the valley
view. After enough rest, we will ride down hill back to Kathmandu.
